Job DetailsJob Location: PCH-IL - MILWAUKEE, WI 53202Job Shift: FLEXServer  Shift: Flex Location: Ovation Communities —  Chai Point Ovation Communities is seeking a Server to serve meals to the residents and guests in the dining room.  Ensures that the dining room is clean and dirty dishes have been picked up for cleaning.    Key Responsibilities: Set-up dining rooms prior to meal service. Fill and re-stock various food, condiments and supplies, either in the kitchen or the dining rooms. Assist in the seating of residents and guests as necessary. Wait on tables, using proper service procedures. Take plates, food, etc. away from tables when the resident is completed with the item/meal. Work Experience Previous wait person experience preferred.  Licenses & Certifications Food handling certification is highly encouraged for this position. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills with residents, and is able to explain residents’ needs to others as needed for resident advocacy. Specialized training or experience in geriatric care or gerontology is desirable. Proficiency in written and spoken English Ability to work as part of a team
