Job Description Summary

The Productivity Manager plays a key role in driving cost and efficiency improvements at MICT’s largest manufacturing site, Electric Avenue in Milwaukee. This role oversees tube teardown operations at ROC, insert harvest activities at EA while focusing on delivering sustainable factory productivity improvements across the Electric Avenue portfolio.
As part of the MICT Supply Chain mfg. team, the Director leads cost-out initiatives, enhances plant productivity and ensures operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong experience in supply chain, sourcing, or engineering leadership, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Driving Material Design Variance Productivity for Electric Avenue
  • Collaborate with ROC Operations to align monthly and quarterly part plans with forward production needs.
  • Own the Inserts Harvest Operations at the Electric Avenue for Inserts and build a parts plan with forward production needs.
  • Establish long term yield improvement path & unlock the Inspection bottle necks at ROC by engaging with engineering and AME
  • Monitor part yield performance using dashboards and drive improvements with engineering and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain an operational dashboard to track delivery performance and support timely execution.

Drive Factory Productivity Initiatives

  • Lead productivity and cost-out initiatives across factory operations
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across tools and supplies, labor efficiency and scrap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, AME sourcing, operations) to implement process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track progress, work with central finance and site finance to ensure the goodness of projects are flowing in.
  • Ensure smooth logistics & work with the Plant material leads to maximize Air to ocean inbound the plant.

Drive Strategic Leadership & Cost productivity rigor

  • Develop and execute a structured VCP strategy aligned with PCS business goals.
  • Own the VCP funnel and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility and accountability across all segments.
  • Lead governance and stage gate reviews for VCP projects, ensuring financial rigor and execution discipline.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, planning, sourcing, or engineering role, Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and cost analytics.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Power BI, and VCP tracking tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
