๐Ÿšš Supply Chain Distribution Tech II

๐ŸŒŸ Lead Operations. Support Teams. Impact Patient Care.

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys coordinating teams, solving challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Supply Chain Distribution Tech II (Team Lead) to oversee daily distribution activities and help ensure our caregivers have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to provide exceptional patient care.

In this leadership role, you'll guide daily operations across the Main Campus, Clinics Building, and Corporate Center loading docks, while mentoring team members and driving service excellence throughout the organization.

๐Ÿ’ผ What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Lead, you'll balance hands-on operational responsibilities with leadership and team development.

โœจ Coordinate and dispatch staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, paperwork, and services

โœจ Prioritize requests based on urgency, including STAT, ROUTINE, and TIMED needs

โœจ Monitor workloads and adjust assignments to maximize efficiency and service levels

โœจ Create daily staffing assignments and ensure appropriate shift coverage

โœจ Support inventory management, replenishment, and distribution activities

โœจ Investigate and resolve operational challenges while serving as a resource for staff and customers

โœจ Partner with departments across the organization to maintain seamless service and support

โœจ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members

โœจ Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff

โœจ Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous process enhancements

โœจ Help implement new systems, procedures, and operational best practices

โœจ Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Leadership Responsibilities

๐ŸŒŸ Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative work culture

๐ŸŒŸ Train and develop Distribution, Dispatch, and Logistics team members

๐ŸŒŸ Contribute to employee performance evaluations and onboarding processes

๐ŸŒŸ Communicate departmental goals, initiatives, and operational updates effectively

๐ŸŒŸ Assist management with staffing coordination and employee support

๐ŸŒŸ Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications

Required:

โœ” High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

โœ” 2+ years of experience as a Distribution Representative or in a related logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or healthcare operations role

Preferred:

โญ Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience

โญ Experience in healthcare, hospital, logistics, or supply chain operations

โญ Experience working with inventory management systems and materials management software
