Community Care is hiring a Team Assistant. This is a full-time opportunity at our Milwaukee Vliet location.
Team Assistant Responsibilities:

Provides clerical support including processing enrollments, photocopying, faxing, filing and maintaining electronic tracking systems.

Serves as a resource for the entire IDT including but not limited to assisting with managing IDT calendars and appointments to ensure timely completion of assessments and care plan development and revision.

Schedules care management member appointments and arranges transportation, as needed

Participates in team meetings to record minutes and process documents (eg. Authorizations, service allocations).
Team Assistant Job Requirements:

Education:Â High School Diploma Required

Experience:Â Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role required, preferably in a health care or social service setting. Word processing, spreadsheet and data entry experience required. Excellent secretarial skills including demonstrated typing accuracy. Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet software, preferably using Microsoft Applications. Familiar with and able to operate and maintain office equipment including computer printers, copiers and fax machines.
Preferred: Experienced with computer based multiple phone line system. Advanced MS Excel skills including making charts and graphs. Basic familiarity with medical terminology helpful.
