Leading U.S. Engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for their Milwaukee office!

Responsibilities:

Design/engineer complete HVAC systems from project conceptual phase through construction documents
Develop mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Perform load calculations and equipment selection
Work closely with multi-discipline project teams (electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural team members)
Support construction phase activities (submittal review, RFI response, meeting attendance, and construction phase site visits
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Contribute to improvement initiatives and best practices development
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, architectural engineering, or a closely related field
5+ years of experience in HVAC system design
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and HVAC load calculation software
Experience in project management and business development

Salary is commensurate with experience.
