SYSTEM ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, as well as a passion for working in the healthcare industry. The System Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IT systems and infrastructure to support the needs of the organization

- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of all systems, including servers, networks, and databases

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise

- Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades

- Train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all systems and processes

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases

- Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and disaster recovery planning

- Proficient in scripting and automation tools

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
