In the Product Content and Merchandising Associate position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, compelling, and market-ready across digital and print channels. You’ll manage the ingestion of new product data from existing and new supplier partners, maintain the integrity and quality of product information, and support effective merchandising that helps customers easily understand and select the right solutions. Success in this role requires anticipating the needs of internal partners and external customers, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering complete, thoughtful, and innovative content solutions.

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring product data, merchandising content, and supplier information are accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve product information governance processes, standards, and taxonomy in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage supplier product data ingestion, integration, and maintenance, ensuring accurate, complete, and consistent data across systems.

  • Train and support supplier partners on master data processes and expectations.

  • Maintain and enrich product details, including descriptions, dimensions, images, and attributes, within STEP to support Product Management needs.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and unclear data definitions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for master data governance operations and best practices.

  • Ensure merchandising content is accurate, current, and functional across all digital and print channels, including websites and sales tools.

  • Optimize product data to improve search visibility and clearly communicate product features and differentiators.

  • Audit website content regularly, implement improvements to drive sales performance, and analyze results.

  • Partner with suppliers and Product Management to execute promotions, advertising, and merchandising strategies across digital and print platforms.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in product information management, product marketing, merchandising, or a related business field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product management, merchandising, or a related business field.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • PIM or MDM system experience preferred

  • Digital merchandising experience preferred
