Position Summary

Provide quality support to all of IMPACT and its' clients in keeping with IMPACT's philosophy of customer service, teamwork and value-added. Provide quality customer service by greeting clients, answering phones and screening calls, making and confirming client appointments, generating/monitoring reports, inventory supply, general correspondence, maintaining/updating information.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming experience to IMPACT clients and visitors
  • Register clients and visitors
  • Ensure IMPACT is compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws ensuring client confidentiality
  • Ensure accurate processing of client payments
  • Provide accurate data entry
  • Schedule appointments for Intoxicated Driver Program and SUD Assessments
  • Answer incoming calls and screen for appropriate transfer
  • Other general office duties as assigned
  • Actively participate in and support the organization's initiatives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Customer Service experience
  • Social services or human services work environment exposure
  • Computer software expertise (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Spanish-bilingual (speak, read and write) preferred
  • Reside in the State of Wisconsin
