Job Summary
PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES
$22.54/HR, UNION POSITION.

Major Areas of Responsibility
Service
- Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
- Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing
- Establishes rapport with guests/members
- Always exceeds guest expectations
- Adheres to location appearance guidelines
- Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guest
Controls
- Maintains service areas
- Communicates guest issues to management
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices
- Follows responsible alcohol service policies
- Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Completes all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
- Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
Team
- Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
- Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
- Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
Job Requirements
- Lifts and transports service trays up to 40 lbs.
- Walks and stands during entire shift
- Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas
- English reading, writing and math skills required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications
- Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
- Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and
comprehending English
Proposed Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities
- Able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Has Kitchen Expo experience
- Safety and caution when transporting all foods
- Must be ServSafe certified
