How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Drive Patient Outcomes: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop a clear picture of patient health and ensure their continuous well-being.
  • Manage Clinical Care: Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses to ensure treatments are effective and complications are caught early.
  • Execute Diagnostic Care: Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic services that provide the data needed for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Empower Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on treatment plans and holistic self-care to ensure a confident, successful transition back home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
