The Brewhouse Inn & Suites/On Tap is looking for fun and outgoing people to work on our team as part time Line Cooks. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry.

As a Cook on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:

  • Work in designated station as set by Kitchen Manager or Lead Cook.

  • Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.

  • Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for guests,

  • Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.

  • Check supplies and prep lists and ensure all items are prepped in a timely fashion.

  • Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods and report any incidents to the Kitchen Manager to ensure optimum service to guests.

  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.

  • Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.


The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

  • Previous experience as a cook.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Dependability and regular attendance.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
