We are looking for a dependable, service-driven professional who brings a strong maintenance background, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accountability. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of the community, ensuring a safe, functional, and well maintained environment. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) and includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Complete work orders efficiently with a focus on timeliness and resident satisfaction
  • Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, ensuring a high standard of readiness
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Maintain common areas and grounds to uphold property standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation
  • Identify and communicate safety concerns or repair needs
  • Support other area properties when needed
