Milwaukee Paws Pet Care is hiring dedicated dog walkers to join our close-knit team of pet professionals. We're not your average dog walking company, we specialize in providing exceptional care for shy, nervous, and reactive dogs, along with fun group adventures for our social pups.

The Role: As a dog walker with Milwaukee Paws, you'll provide individualized care based on detailed care plans, work independently or with teammates, and ensure every pet receives safe, attentive service. This role requires strong attention to detail, you will be reading and following care plans closely, securing homes properly, and communicating with clients professionally.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience with dogs and understanding of dog behavior (or eagerness to learn!)
✅ Willingness to work with reactive or nervous dogs
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
✅ Working smartphone and comfort using multiple apps (required)
✅ Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
✅ Long-term availability- we value team members who can grow with us
Schedule Options:
- Middays: 9am-3pm, 10am-4pm, or 11am-5pm
- Evenings: 4pm-9pm
- Weekends
What We Offer: 💰 Starting pay: $16/hour + tips + quarterly merit bonuses
