How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Empower Independence: You will evaluate and treat patients facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges, identifying the specific barriers keeping them from living their fullest lives.

  • Design Custom Care: Using your clinical intuition, you’ll craft and implement personalized plans of care, selecting the modalities and treatment frequencies that best suit each unique patient’s goals.

  • Innovate & Adapt: Healing isn’t linear. You will continuously monitor progress and pivot your treatment strategies in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

The Acute Care Edge: Prior experience in an Acute Care setting is highly preferred. We value the quick clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills developed in high-acuity environments.
