Description

Production Supervisor

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year based off of management experience

Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team by managing people, processes, and performance. This leadership role is focused on driving operational excellence, fostering accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.


The ideal candidate has experience managing in a manufacturing environment, is comfortable using data to drive decisions, and has a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and implement positive change. This is NOT a hands-on machine operation position. Instead, the focus is on supervising employees, supporting production, and ensuring operational goals are achieved safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Monitor and follow up on data-driven initiatives including; department performance and productivity, shop cleanliness and organization, and employee attendance and accountability.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
  • Lead change initiatives and drive improvements throughout the production department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve production issues and support operational success.
  • Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance results effectively with employees and management.
