Job Summary:

Pacific Rise Co is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative for an immediate start at our Milwaukee, WI location. This position plays a key role in supporting clients, addressing service inquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with service-related inquiries and requests
• Maintain positive and professional client relationships
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Process service requests and update client records
• Follow up on outstanding client matters and inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records
• Support daily office operations and client service activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, client relations, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
