As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers. Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections. Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team. Requirements include 1+ year retail management experience (preferred), a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates, technology proficiency including operating a point-of-sale system, strong business acumen, and initiative in decision-making.
