As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates. Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers. Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team. Requirements include 1+ year retail management experience (preferred), a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates, technology proficiency including operating a point-of-sale system, strong business acumen, and initiative in decision-making.
