Role & Responsibility
Provides direct, daily clinical supervision of assigned clinical staff. Duties may also include providing direct services between multiple clinics as needed.
Position ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring in order to provide a positive patient/family and staff/provider experience and improved clinical outcomes.
Schedule & Location Requirements:
This MBH Clinical Supervisor position will support our 76th Street Clinic (620 S. 76th Street, Suite: 240, Milwaukee, WI)
The hours of the clinic are Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00PM and this position is a full-time role (40 hours/week)
No weekends & no holidays are required
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW
Must complete Children’s credentialing process.
Education
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, plus 3000 hours billable status
A PhD in Psychology or social work may also be considered.
Experience
Minimum 5 years since licensure, 3 must be child-focused therapy
Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
Epic EHR experience preferred.
Ability to teach and coach staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and professional documentation.
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
Provides service in a manner that demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to the client’s cultural values and beliefs.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Provides services in a setting where there is potential for exposure to blood and other high risk body fluids, chemotherapy agents, communicable disease and hazardous materials, chemicals, and waste.
