  • Generate and manage pick tickets throughout the day using NetSuite, sorting and prioritizing workload for the picking team

  • Research and resolve order errors and discrepancies in NetSuite and PaceJet, working closely with picking and packing teams to correct records

  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile system-generated SKU data against physical inventory to maintain data accuracy

  • Support transfer receiving by verifying system accuracy and confirming proper zone placement

  • Book outbound LTL and TL shipments using the CH Robinson freight portal (Navisphere)

  • Assist the Inbound Freight Team as needed with container unloading and receiving

  • Alert the Customer Success Team to returned or rejected web order parcels and update order records accordingly

  • Provide backup support across warehouse departments during callouts or periods of increased order volume

  • Support kitting and rework projects as needed, including assembling product displays and updating related inventory records

  • Support the Warehouse Manager as needed and provide coverage during the manager’s absence

  • Secure the warehouse building at the end of the day

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting (ex. NetSuite, PaceJet)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Comfort learning and adapting to new software platforms and order management technology

  • Ability to use handheld scanners and other digital tools for order and inventory processing

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping

  • Experience using manual and electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, tape guns, and box knives
