Fueling your passion

The Operator 4 is responsible for assembling and wiring cabinets in accordance with engineering drawings, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality and safety.

As an Operator 4, you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawing and wiring diagrams
  • Installing components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, layout drawings.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area following safety protocols

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Have previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing environment preferred
  • Have ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Have familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Have basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
  • Have experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly
  • Have strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Have ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Have ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods
  • Have manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed work
  • Have ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures)

Work Environment

This position operates in a production/manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Steel/ composite shoes required, safety glasses required.
