We are looking for a Nurse Manager to progressively lead our Inpatient Rehab Unit. You'll provide Leadership that keeps our Rehab Unit aligned, patient focused, and ready to help people regaining function and confidence. This role exists to guide safe, high-quality rehabilitative nursing care while supporting a consistent, customer service mindset.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Coach and develop nursing team members; support performance and engagement
- Partner with providers and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals
- Monitor quality, documentation, and safety practices; address concerns promptly
- Use data and feedback to drive improvements and a strong patient experience

Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana RN Licensure (LA State Board of Nursing or multistate)
- Direct Clinical nursing experience; rehabilitative nursing care preferred (3 years), with 1 year required

You will connect with the team, check in on patient progress and how the unit is supporting regaining goals. Throughout the day, you'll join quick touchpoints with therapy and other partners, respond to real-time questions, and keep communication clear for patients and families. You'll also make time for rounding and listening-celebrating wins, addressing barriers, and reinforcing customer service moments that build trust.
