CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in design, systems integration, and program management to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a radio frequency (RF) or radar background specializing in designing and developing high-frequency electronic systems. This includes expertise in RF circuit design and analysis, electromagnetic theory, and radar systems—particularly high-power applications. Key skills involve antenna design, RF PCB layout with a focus on manufacturability and integration, and proficiency in programming. Experience with RF simulation and modeling software is important, along with hands-on use of test equipment.
This position will be located onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Utilize PCB design and layout software to design, analyze, and create PCB assembly files for RF applications.
- Integrate electrical circuits, components, and assemblies into mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage engineering programs, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met while overseeing multiple tasks.
- Present technical findings, updates, and reports to both internal teams and external clients.
- Understand and apply manufacturing principles to ensure designs are optimized for production, reducing time and cost.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or equivalent field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years engineering experience in a manufacturing background
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to pass background checks and gain access to customer facilities.
- Up to 25% travel within in the U.S. and Canada
- Knowledge of different antenna types and how their design impacts signal strength and quality for efficient transmission and reception
- Understanding how to design and fabricate printed circuit boards with RF networks, considering part selection, cost, and integration
- Knowledge and use of programming languages
- Knowledge and use of RF simulation and modeling software
- Hands-on experience with test equipment and measurement techniques like spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs), signal generators, and oscilloscopes
- Experience with larger high power Radar systems, ideally with a familiarity with munitions and/or small, low powered electronic systems.
- Electromagnetic Theory and RF Principles: A solid understanding of how radio waves propagate and interact with various environments is fundamental
- RF/Electrical Circuit Design and Analysis: Proficiency in designing circuits that operate at radio frequencies
- Experience in program management, with the ability to manage projects, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and an ability to apply them to the design and production stages of PCBs.

- Experience in industries such as defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques and their application to electrical systems and PCB design.
- Knowledge of advanced RF/Electrical circuit design and analysis.
