The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Maintain and update student attendance records. Handle daily correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls. Schedule tours for prospective parents and manage appointment calendars. Assist with the enrollment process, providing necessary paperwork and guidance. Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply orders. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Handle inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Follow safety and security protocols, including checking visitor IDs. QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or higher level of education preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. Must have general PC skills. Background in business administration helpful.
