We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Operations candidate to join our Export Operations team in Mineola, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced logistics environment, thrives on solving challenges, and has experience coordinating international shipments while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and customer requirements.ÂWhat You'll Do
As an Export & Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing international export shipments and ensuring smooth transportation operations from origin to destination.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international export shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation.
- Prepare, review, and process transportation and export documentation to meet customs, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with customers, carriers, warehouses, and global partners to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Manage multiple shipment activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- Maintain compliance with export regulations, company policies, and transportation standards.
- Support warehouse operations, inventory verification, labeling, packing, and shipment preparation when required.
- Assist with safety initiatives and maintain established productivity, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Participate in cross-training across Export Operations functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet TSA background requirements.
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug testing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Ability to understand and comply with OSHA safety requirements and export compliance programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Â
- English speaking and writing fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally someone who is early in their Freight Forwarding career, 1 to 2 years experience.
- Experience within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment.Â
