Description

We are looking for a competent Restaurant Host to greet our guest and deliver exceptional service. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. To present a positive first impression friendly, excellent service and high standards. To greet guests upon arrival, ensure the guests' dining experience is more than expected and to bid guest farewell as they leave.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a cheerful, courteous, neat, clean, and professional image.
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist while [if] on waiting list.
• Escort guest a.s.a.p. to an appropriate table. Offer an assist if needed.
• Maintain waiting list and coordinate seating.
• Notify manager of any guests perceived to be unhappy.
• Bid farewell as guests leave. Ensure all was satisfactory and invite guests to return.
• Keep foyer and your station clean, organized, and clutter free.
• Restock all necessary supplies and to go items.
• Inspect bathrooms and maintain cleanliness standard.
• Answer phone calls and answer questions accordingly.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform all side work / cleaning that is assigned to you.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with coworkers in order to foster and promote a harmonious climate, conducive to employee efficiency and morale.
• Always provide a favorable image promoting company aims and objectives.

• High-stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
