Description

Foreman

Get ready to hit the open roads of Texas as a Foreman with Power Drive Supply LLC! From the bustling energy of Houston to the wide-open skies of West Texas, the rugged Hill Country, and beyond — you’ll lead high-impact scrap removal projects across the Lone Star State. Every week brings a new adventure: commanding your crew on fresh sites, orchestrating massive full-weight hauls that keep trucks rolling, and delivering real results while exploring the authentic heart of Texas. With the freedom of the road, competitive pay, and the pride of mastering dynamic projects, this isn’t just a job — it’s your ticket to own Texas one optimized load at a time. Are you ready to drive, lead, and conquer the Lone Star State?

As a Foreman at Power Drive Supply LLC, you will serve as the on-site leader with full ownership of daily execution and efficiency for scrap removal projects. You will lead the crew, coordinate mechanics and forklift operations, direct the Winch Truck Driver and Labors, enforce full-weight loads, ensure accurate BOL entry into Green Spark, and drive maximum daily hauls of complete, optimized loads while maintaining the highest standards of safety, organization, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crew Leadership & Daily Scheduling: Lead the on-site team by conducting daily huddles, assigning tasks, and scheduling mechanics, forklift operations, and laborers for full-day productivity. Hold the crew accountable to production and safety goals, track attendance, coach performance, and report daily results to the Project Manager.
  • Load Preparation & Full-Weight Enforcement: Oversee all load preparation to guarantee 100% of loads meet or exceed minimum full-weight requirements with zero light loads. Inspect and approve every load before departure, direct material cutting and fluid removal, verify load placement and securement, and ensure average truck load times stay under 45 minutes.
  • Equipment & Forklift Operations Coordination: Maintain high equipment uptime by prioritizing and scheduling repairs. Operate or direct forklift use for efficient material movement, complete pre-shift inspections on the forklift and winch truck, enforce safe operating procedures, and keep the site organized for smooth truck and equipment flow.
  • BOL Entry & Site Data Management: Ensure 100% same-day collection of scale tickets and supporting documentation. Verify details against physical records, upload photos and tickets, maintain organized records, and assist the Project Manager with data questions promptly.
  • Safety, Site Cleanliness & Continuous Improvement: Champion a zero-incident safety culture by conducting daily safety walks, tailgate talks, and hazard checks. Enforce PPE usage and all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized site free of debris, and identify efficiency improvements.
