Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state in which you are applying
1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience is preferred
Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a background check
