Our Drivers: 

• Aid our clients in getting to and from their destinations.
• On occasion, may help our residents/clients in and out of wheelchairs, ensuring they are safely seated.
• On occasion, may help our residents/clients transport, load, and unload items (such as groceries)
• Provide a friendly experience for our residents and team.

What you need to succeed!

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a current Driver’s License. (Some driver positions may require a CDL.)
• Excellent time management skills.
• Past and current safe driving record. Ability to maintain a safe driving record.
• Schedule flexibility, ability to work Saturdays/Sundays as needed.
• Completion of a background check, drug screening, and may require other pre-employment screenings such as a physical, TB test, and fingerprinting depending on federal, local, and state guidelines.
• Ability to pass Minnesota Department of Transportation Physical

Physical Requirements include:

• Occasional need to lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull 100+ lbs (occasionally assisting residents in/out of wheelchairs).
