Position Details

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcer who will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting diverse, high‑quality talent for key roles across the organization. As a strategic sourcing partner, you’ll work closely with other recruiters and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate Agiliti’s brand with candidates and community partners. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep sourcing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse passive and active candidates
Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to understand job specifications and talent needs
Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing tools, social media, networking, and community partnerships
Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and competencies
Research and identify talent pools for critical and hard‑to‑fill role

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and ATS systems
Ability to network, analyze talent markets, and manage multiple priorities

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
