We are seeking a Data Analysis Manager that will play a key role in turning complex data into meaningful insights that inform strategic business decisions. This role will lead an analyst and collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise and a passion for enabling data‑driven decision‑making.

This role offers flexibility for Minnesota‑based candidates to work in a hybrid arrangement at our Plymouth, MN headquarters, while highly qualified applicants outside Minnesota may be considered for a fully remote schedule.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,00.00 to $120,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Job Functions

Analytics Strategy & Leadership

  • Define analytics strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Lead, mentor, and develop data analysts and peers

  • Manage analytics projects, timelines, and priorities

Data Governance, Integrity & Standards

  • Partner across the organization to develop data integrity and design standards

  • Help spearhead data integrity and validation efforts across the organization

  • Build analytical datasets from raw datasets

Business Partnership & Decision Support

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decisions

  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements

  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Reporting, KPIs & Insights Delivery

  • Design and deliver KPIs, dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights

  • Provide clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision-making

Advanced Analysis & Modeling

  • Conduct custom analysis using financial and statistical techniques

  • Apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems

Education/Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing analysts

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI))

  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling

  • Ability to translate data into business insights

  • Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast paced environments building analytics and data from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline preferred but not required

  • Expert with SQL, Python or R

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

  • Background in financial services, or regulated industries

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experienced with Salesforce and Power BI platforms
