In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Â Â
- Facilitate Training Programs: Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.Â
- Contribute to Program Design: Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences.Â
- Develop Instructional Content: Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards.Â
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes.Â
- Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.Â
