As a Hardware Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will design, develop, and test hardware components and systems that meet rigorous performance and reliability standards. You will contribute to the creation of innovative hardware solutions that support Honeywell’s product portfolio and drive technological advancements.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge hardware products by applying your engineering expertise to ensure design integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards. Your work will support the successful delivery of high-quality hardware solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
