Job Description

The Enterprise Systems Specialist supports and maintains critical business applications and platforms across the organization. This role focuses on system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, data integrity, and user support to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and efficient. The specialist partners with cross-functional teams and vendors/suppliers to drive continuous improvement and support business operations.

Job Description Details:

Provide day-to-day administration and enhancement of enterprise applications across functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Support
Manage system configuration, user access, workflows, issue tracking, and other routine system administration tasks
Troubleshoot system and integration issues; identify root causes and coordinate resolution
Support system changes, including testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancements
Monitor data integrity and assist with reporting and reconciliation
Partner with business users to understand needs and implement system improvements
Maintain documentation, including processes, procedures, and user guides
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, audit, and change management requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues, escalating complex issues as needed

Additional Job Description Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems administration, or business systems operations
Experience with ERP systems (Workday, HCM and FIN modules preferred) and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Strong system configuration, testing, and documentation skills

Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across technical and business teams

Understanding of enterprise systems, business workflows, and data management practices
Knowledge of data governance, system security, and role-based access controls
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience translating business needs into system solutions
Proven experience leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and reporting

Maximum Base Pay

80,000.00 USD
