What Will You Do:Ā 

In this role, you will execute fumigation management services following environmental compliance. Fumigation services are administered at assigned locations with a team dedicated to providing timely, high-quality services to support our customers.Ā 

  • Lead a team of specialiston complex fumigation accounts to ensure maximum productivity and safetyĀ 

  • Manage various fumigation management programsĀ 

  • Responsible for completion of multiple fumigation services while maintaining quality standardsĀ 

  • Lead necessary meetings with regulatory officials and government agenciesĀ 

  • Consult on various industry fumigationsĀ Ā 

  • Read, understand, follow labels, and MSDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during services providedĀ 

  • Transport fumigant in company trailer to customer locationĀ 

  • Use hand-held gas monitoring equipment to conduct readingsĀ Ā 

  • Maintain working order and cleanliness of assigned company vehicleĀ 

  • Effectively communicate with customers as neededĀ 

  • Inspect, maintain, and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properlyĀ 

  • Follow proper safety protocols including OSHA mandated and customer specified guidelinesĀ 

  • Preserve positive company image during all aspects of company-related activityĀ

Position Details:Ā 

This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following cities and surrounding areas:Ā Ā 

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area

Ā 
Minimum Qualifications:Ā 

  • High School diploma or equivalentĀ 

  • 3 years of field support or service-related industry experienceĀ 

  • Must be 18 years of age or olderĀ 

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle recordĀ 

  • Ability to obtainfumigation certifications and licensespursuant tomultiple country or state/local lawsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to obtain or currently possessTWIC card and CDL with HazMat endorsementĀ 

  • Successfully completed required trainingsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to operate lift equipmentĀ 

  • Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight for business during peak seasonsĀ 

  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detailĀ 

  • Must be able to work an overnight shift as neededĀ 

  • Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessaryĀ 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, and to engage in appropriate face-to-face communication with customersĀ

Physical Demands:Ā 

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 pounds chest highĀ 

  • Must be able to work in a variety of conditions including confined spaces, damp and/or dusty locations, and freezing and/or hot conditionsĀ 

  • Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which includes the ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, carry, bend, kneel, crawl, reach, pull, talk, and hearĀ 

  • Must be able to work at heights up to 150 feetĀ 

  • Must be capable of wearing a respiratorĀ 

  • Must be able to pass a drug screenĀ Ā 

  • This is a full-time position with an expected workweek of 40 or more hoursĀ

Preferred Qualifications:Ā 

  • Ability to understand product labels, compute and mix accurate concentrations of chemicals, and follow all label requirementsĀ 

  • Ability to use all equipment involved in fumigation management services, including electronic devices for recording and reporting dataĀ 

  • Computer Skills: Database software (including industry-specific software), company network-based and ā€œcloudā€-based applications, smart phones, Microsoft Office, and other electronic devices used to access information and enter dataĀ 

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $75,800-$113,800 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
