• Prioritize, plan, and route orders according to urgency and importance & return

Coordinate driver schedules for most opportunity

Dispatch information is 100% accurate prior to dispatching drivers

Update the drivers on loads, route changes, and as information and movements progress

• Problem-solve in the moment

Great interpersonal communications with drivers: empathy, understanding, problem-solving, calm when issues

Qualifications:

2-5 years experience as a Transportation Dispatcher
