  • Research industry trends and competitive technologies to stay current and inform customer conversations.

  • Manage multiple priorities independently and proactively identify the next opportunity to contribute.

  • Help address customer concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and effective de-escalation when challenges arise.

  • Contribute in a flexible, self-directed environment where the day-to-day work evolves based on customer needs and team priorities.

  • SOLIDWORKS experience ideal; commitment to learning and developing technical skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); comfort presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and public speaking

  • Excellent customer relations skills and confidence supporting technical conversations with clients

  • Self-starter mentality with initiative to manage multiple priorities independently, identify opportunities, and solve problems
