Daikin Applied is seeking a Service Business AnalystĀ II who uses professional concepts as well as company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways through a broad application of principles, theories, and concepts.Ā This person willĀ support the various aspects of our remote service officesĀ across North America.Ā Ā This roleĀ is responsible forĀ a wide range of functions that include communication, problem-solving, salesforce.com,Ā trainingĀ and process improvements. What you will do:Ā 

  • Provide trainingĀ onĀ Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) best practices and support for the field service officesĀ 

  • Develop Salesforce Reports and DashboardsĀ Ā 

  • Supports Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) workflows and template updatesĀ 

  • Participates in the development of training materials,Ā facilitatesĀ trainings,Ā andĀ supportsĀ changeĀ managementĀ initiativesĀ relating to the service channelĀ 

  • Provides subject matterĀ expertiseĀ for business customers and technical resources. Establishes awareness of business process and technology solution best practicesĀ for the Service Sales ProcessĀ 

  • Gathers and supportsĀ business requirementsĀ for enhancements and changeĀ requestĀ for Service

  • Participates in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated withĀ the Service Sales ProcessĀ leveragingĀ Salesforce.com,Ā Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ),Ā Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Participate in collection and analysis of data and information from business users to understand how systems can solve business problems andĀ identifiesĀ opportunities for process improvementĀ 

  • Participates in the production and review (from content to final draft) of user guides, training classes, and other end-user documentation for applications and processesĀ 

  • Understands how toĀ representĀ business processes, engaging customers appropriately in testing activitiesĀ andĀ leadĀ training activities driving change managementĀ 

  • Forges a network of beneficial relationships with all levels withinĀ theĀ organization and customersĀ in the ServiceĀ channelĀ establishingĀ mutual trust.Ā Initiates and develops working relationships with internal groupsĀ 

  • Receives,Ā solicits, and interprets information andĀ facilitatesĀ communication atĀ appropriate levelsĀ withinĀ ServiceĀ andĀ internal teamsĀ engaging in the preparation of documentation,Ā presentations,Ā andĀ participatingĀ in meetingsĀ 

  • Demonstrates fundamental skills of facilitation, influence, negotiation, mediation in discussionsĀ in order toĀ achieve business goals andĀ objectivesĀ 

  • AcquiresĀ fundamental skills for managing conflict to move discussions about tradeoffs towards resolution and decisionĀ 

  • Understands key businessĀ objectivesĀ and processes ofĀ Service Sales, specifically how thoseĀ objectivesĀ relate to the business’ problems and needs, theirĀ toolsĀ and systemsĀ 

  • Understands ā€œcustomer contextā€,Ā which consists of business processesĀ and systemĀ tools which support customer needs in the Service Sales ProcessĀ 

  • Interact with third parties including application service providers and partners

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:Ā 

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

  • Ā  5+ years of professional experience supporting a sales and service environmentĀ 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Ā VisioĀ and ProjectĀ 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Salesforce.com experienceĀ -Ā Reports, dashboards, and intricate knowledge of how the platform can be utilizedĀ Ā 

  • Contract Lifecycle Management ExperienceĀ 

  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionĀ  ​

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges fromĀ $73,300k - $120,700k in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Ā Ā
