Our Vision | Nokomis Energy is an Upper Midwest based provider of clean energy solutions helping communities, corporates, industrials and utilities take advantage of the Energy Transition. We are hiring a Construction and Asset Manager to lead EPC oversight and asset management, in support of our continued development of 1MW to 20MW solar and storage solutions across the Upper Midwest.
How You’re Helping the Transition | At Nokomis, we recognize that with increasing frequency, communities, businesses and organizations are seeking to become active participants in transitioning our energy system to cleaner, cheaper and more local energy sources. In support of our Vision to become The Preferred Developer of the North, Construction and Asset Manager plays a critical role in bringing our projects from construction through commissioning and keeping our operating portfolio performing at its best. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a construction and asset management professional with a broad skill set to contribute to the company’s strategic growth by ensuring our projects are built effectively and operating at our high quality standards.Â
Why You’re a Good Fit | You’re passionate about your work and strive to continuously seek feedback from the team on how to keep projects on schedule and our operating assets performing at their best. You can navigate a multitude of projects and tasks simultaneously while collaborating with EPC contractors, O&M providers, and internal teams to prioritize and allocate resources. You showcase the ability to effectively communicate while listening closely, asking questions and raising issues. You have demonstrated success interfacing with external contractors and partners as well as internal stakeholders across the organization. In other words, you share in our organization core values - We Put the Team First, We Tackle Problems Head On, We Embrace Growth, and We Work Hard and Have Fun. If you’re looking to put your service and leadership skills to work supporting the development of clean energy opportunities, we’re ready for you!
Why We’re a Good Fit | We’re committed to partnership - with our community, stakeholders, and our team members. Our cross-collaborative teams work together to achieve the objectives of the Company in a framework known as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). We’re supportive, strategic-thinkers who aren’t here to compete with one another; rather to reimagine a cleaner future for all.
