Summary: We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead and develop our team of data scientists, driving impactful data solutions and strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement data science strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and insights through rigorous analysis and validation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a data science leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
