Deburrer II (2nd Shift)

The Deburrer II operates deburring and related tooling machines to perform drilling, deburring, grinding, blending, buffing, tumbling, jitterbugging, or chamfering operations on metal machined products per specifications. 

Hours: 2nd Shift 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Monday -Thursday.

Shift Differential:  Second shift employees are eligible for a 20% shift differential.

Compensation:  The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $19.67 to $32.78. The exact rate may be based on a combination of factors, including knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Essential Functions 

• Inspects results visually and / or with appropriate gages to ensure conformance to specifications.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred 

• 1 year of Deburring experience

• Extend hands and arms to reach, handle, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands
• Pick or pinch with fingers
• Use near acuity, depth perception and adjust eyes to bring objects into sharp focus

The worker will occasionally (up to ¹/₃ of the time):

• Perceive attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching
• Judge distances and spatial relationships (see objects three-dimensionally)
• Stoop by bending body downward and forward requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles
• Crouch by bending body downward and forward by bending legs and spine
