TITLE: Food Runner

DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage

REPORTS TO: F&B Supervisor/F&B Manager

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Food Runner at Lela restaurant, you will be responsible for running food for Servers, and helping expo line with Chef. In your down time, you will help buss tables.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Run Food.

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the restaurant leaders.

Maintain the cleanliness of the tables and expo line.

AVAILABILITY

This company operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. At times it may be necessary to move you from your accustomed work day, to include Holidays, or time of work if business or task assignments demand. In addition, it should be understood that business needs determines the amount of hours that you work.
