We are conducting a confidential search for a Warehouse Operator to support a large-scale food manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods safely and efficiently within both dry and refrigerated warehouse environments. This is with a defense industry client requiring a VantageClear Certification or an active security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts and other equipment) to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Pull ingredients and packaging from stock for use in production.
Transport palletized products trailers, and storage areas.
Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met in handling all materials.
Assist with other plant operations and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
VantageClear Certification (or equivalent) required or active security clearance.
Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage: $26/hour.
