What you will be doing:
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print including ads, brochures, email campaigns, social media graphics, landing pages, presentations, and trade show materials
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, formatting, and specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Assist with photo editing, basic video graphics, and motion assets when needed
- Ensure all materials reflect a consistent and professional brand presence
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
- Working knowledge of web design principles and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to receive and apply feedback
