Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeper for our Long Term Care facility.
Schedule includes weekdays and an every other week-end and alternate holiday rotation. This will be a morning shift sheduled from 6:00am to 1:30pm/2:00pm. Full-Time - 71 hours per 2 week pay period.

About our community
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and vacuums common areas on a daily basis.
- Cleans resident’s rooms, including bathrooms and replenish supplies on a daily basis. Dusts vents, light fixtures, and doors. Wet/dry mop tile floors and vacuum carpets.
- Cleans equipment and housekeeping room. Keeps housekeeping cart stocked with supplies. Replace vacuum bags and filters.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to resident’s needs and maintain a kind and respectful manner.
- Perform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards, infection control, and safety measures, which includes using Standard Precautions, at all times.
Qualifications
- Have the ability to work independently and dependably to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas and resident living areas.
- Reading, writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
