Position Overview

Supports data management, reporting, and analytical functions to enhance operational performance and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, generates actionable insights, and supports reporting requirements across HR operations.

Scope of Work Oversight

  • Data management and reporting across HR systems
  • Metrics tracking, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Data integrity, validation, and system support
  • Reporting environment support and trend analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data
  • Maintain data systems and ensure accuracy
  • Support metrics tracking and reporting
  • Identify trends and support process improvements

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of data, reporting, or analytical experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs
  • Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements
