Now Hiring: Records Associate – Minneapolis, MN 55402

Opensity Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Records Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will support the effective management, organization, and retrieval of both physical and digital records while delivering exceptional client service in a professional office environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM,  1-hour lunch | 37.5 hours per week

Pay rate: $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage records creation, circulation, storage, tracking, transfer, and retention
• Maintain accurate file organization and records management systems
• Track file circulation and inventory within RMS databases
• Prepare files for off-site storage, digitization, retention, or secure destruction
• Assist with records audits, inventory reporting, and file transfer activities
• Support clients with locating and retrieving records and information
• Ensure compliance with records management policies and data privacy standards
• Deliver high-quality service with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented approach

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in records or file management
• Experience with Records Management Systems such as FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, FileSurf, LegalKey, or similar platforms preferred
• Familiarity with imaging/scanning and electronic records management is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and carrying files as needed
