Based out of the Headquarters in Edina, MN, EVEREVE’s Inventory Accounts Payable Coordinator will support various functions within the finance team including downloading invoices, approving inventory payables and other tasks as needed on the finance team. Reporting to the Inventory Accounts Payable Manager, this position will work collaboratively with the finance team. This position is a terrific opportunity to gain exposure to our broader finance operations and path to career growth with EVEREVE.
Location: Headquarters, Edina MN Â (not a remote role)
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Download and electronically file PDF invoices that are sent to Evereve through different channelsÂ
- Communicate with external partners to resolve missing and/or inaccurate invoicesÂ
- Reconciling Inventory Payables
- Three-way match the data between purchase orders, inventory received, and vendor invoices
- Research discrepancies in EVEREVE’s ERP system
- Communicate with internal partners to resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerÂ
- Enter freight billing to ensure proper allocation to payablesÂ
Payment Mailing and Filing:
- Mailing checks to vendors weekly
- Matching utility remittances to payments
- Filing payments to vendors
Other Responsibilities Could Involve:
- Assist with Special projects as they arise
- Responsibilities may shift as business needs change
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal forms to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-directed, driven and ready to take ownership and initiative
- Developed organizational, time management, and communication skills while making sure deadlines are consistently met in fast paced environment.
- Ability to easily adapts to evolving systems and changing workflows.
