As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain our commitment to quality and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize production schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity.
