Your Role:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship.
Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in used/pre-owned vehicle
ASE certifications preferred (but not required)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes the CBA union agreement: $32 Flat Rate, with a guarantee of $25.60
