As a Maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our parking structures and equipment are always clean, functional, and operating at peak performance. Our rapid growth means we’re always seeking to add highly talented and creative people to the Interstate team.  Here’s what we’re looking for: •   Some technology/mechanical ability, able to use reason and logic to troubleshoot machine issues. •   Experience with machinery, tools, and technology. •   Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. •   Ability to work outside year-round. •   High school diploma or equivalent. •   Able to lift 25lbs.  Here’s what we offer: •   One of the best benefits packages in the industry - medical, dental, vision, 401k w/employer match, short and long-term disability. •   A commitment to your career growth and professional development. •   A collaborative team-based environment.  Here’s What You’ll Do: •   Perform regular inspections and maintenance of parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks. •   Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, and technological issues related to parking facilities. •   Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment. •   Cleaning and janitorial responsibilities include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping. •   Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services. •   Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. •   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. •   Change out signage for lots. •   Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.  Schedule: •   Full-time •   Wednesday – Friday: 3PM – 11PM •   Saturday-Sunday: 9AM – 5PM Apply Now!
